The company referred the decline to the higher service returns compared to the same quarter of the previous year, also the higher operating expenses during the second quarter due to higher sales and marketing expenses, higher general and administrative expenses, higher consumption, and higher total expenses and other incomes.

In addition to the  influenced by the results of the same period of the previous year negatively to specify an additional portion for the doubtful debts.
